Well I am sorry I haven’t updated for a few days. I have been a little busy. Saturday night was cool, lots of dancing. Friday night was amazing too.
Sunday, a night in and Buffy, chinese and lots of fun with Angel (not him from Buffy, that would be odd).!! Then yesterday I went to her work for the first real time. I didn’t get paid but helped move some boxes (don’t worry I have the correct safety certificates, lol). The we had pancakes a la Angel and her sister pestered to hell 
… Emma, you are totally odd but amusing . We left for the My Ruin gig at about 4pm, with Giles driving, picking up Sarah on the way. Power Ballads on the CD player and me trying to navigate got us to Pizza Hut in Portsmouth with in about three hours.
I cannot believe (still) how much Miss Dunford and Sarah ate. Words cannot express.!
We got to the gig about 8.30 after a little driving around (needle in haystack time.!) and then enjoyed a couple of support bands (and HUGE prices for beer), a bitch fight and then a tiny little woman walked on stage and made a noise that made you stare in amazement.! Tarrie B pic one, Tarrie B pic two, Tarrie B pic three, Oh my word. The sort of sound you could never imagine could emanate from some one of such a diminutive stature. Was a great set, Miss Ann Thrope appeared which was great as well as Stick It To Me. The gig finished at 11.15 ish and we climbed weerily into the car for the long journey home.
On the way back we somehow took a turning somewhere which meant that we took 3 hours again to get home but went via Tollard Royal and Shaftesbury. Most odd.!!
So today we have only just got out of bed at 1pm. Followed by Subway, Vodaphone not having the phone Angel wanted and then a bus ride home.
Let’s hope the rest of my weeks off are just as fun.!!!
