Reading about Ian Huntley’s mum advocating the death penalty this morning got me thinking. I personally think it is a fantastic idea. I don’t like the way I personally am paying for scum like him to stay in prison at my expense. But, in my view the death penalty is an easy way out for someone who has ruined the lives of two families and taken away the futures of two young girls. My method would be involuntary paralysis, whereby a murderer who is convicted beyond all doubt receives some chemical that removes his ability to use his limbs and a larynectomy (which would prevent speech). He or she is then left to fend for themselves. Sounds mean but there you go. They took life, they lose the right to have a life too. Prisons can therefore be emptied and filled with human rights protestors who love to give more rights to the criminals than the victims.
And remember if you are ever in Tony Martin’s situation, make sure you don’t miss with the second barrel and don’t bother phoning the boys in blue, they will only arrest you!!
