Morning, hope you havent all got massive hangovers from too many last night (Hwang.??).
I was reading the paper yesterday, all about how we are going to give up our country to allow us to be governed by the Europeans. I’m frankly horrified by this. Now those who know me will already be rolling your eyes and tutting but those who haven’t had the misfortune to hear me out on the subject of the Euro etc, well pin back your lug ‘oles.
I’m not anti-European, I don’t have a problem with the Scandinavians, Dutch or Portugals hairy faced folks, but I really really don’t have time for the Spanish (re fishing rights), the Germans (re 2 world wars and leather shorts) and the French (re everything else). I personally love the idea that the capital of France should be Berlin (makes sense I feel) but the European union is pretty useless, they have high taxes, massive problems with uncontrollable interest rates, high unemployment and are frequently make up rules for everyone that they then break themselves.
If Tony Blair thinks we are going to drop the pound then he is VERY wrong. I for one will quite happily dust off the nearest Lancaster bomber and flatten Dresden, Paris, Hamberg, or where ever because I am ENGLISH and I DO NOT wish to be run by the French, Germans, or anyone with a greasy complexion and awful hair. Bastards…

I think I read the same article yesterday as well, and although I do think a few things about the EU are wrong, don’t you think that a ‘centralised’ and ‘united’ world would be a better place?
At least, in my eyes, it’s a step in the right direction.
Each country working together to help sort out the mess we currently live in…
